Management and Patrimonial Documentation System of Buildings (SIGEPE) is a system developed by Metopa with the objective to verify the current situation of a property, and regularize and value the real estate of companies. Is a survey of the legal status of the building with the competent bodies, in several areas. The Report points out the discrepancies found and the adjustments that should be implemented in buildings and / or designs in order to seeking its regularization in public bodies.
